Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We always work to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package weight, and destination.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive in 3–7 business days depending on USPS or UPS delivery timelines.
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Local Pickup (Optional — include only if you want it)
Local pickup is available by appointment. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address entered by the customer. If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number so they can assist you. We will help however we can, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier errors.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Preorders or Special Orders
If any items are preorders, expected ship dates will be listed in the product description. Orders containing preorder items will ship together unless arranged otherwise.
